Thinking of you!

Hi everyone.  I have been missing in action due to a few issues with my creativity and my health, but I have missed you all a lot! And thinking of you, I was finally able to create this card.  I used a Saturated Canary stamp that I have coloured a while ago.  It was coloured with Copics, but sorry, I didn't wrote down the colors I used. The cardstock is from Bazzill and the rest of the papers are from my stash.  To embellish the card, I created paper banners and a few flowers, using Magnolia Doohickey dies.  I also used a few brads and ribbon.

Take a look at the card:

Tags, you are it

Just wanted to share two tags I made for my boys for their Valentine's Day gift. I put some of their favorite chocolate and candy in a sandwich paper bag and decided to do tags for them, matching us. The first tag reflects my oldest son's black hair and the second tag the youngest son's light hair.

Pucker up and blush!

I made this card for a special girl which whom I have developed a nice relationship even though we only see each other once every two or three weeks and for around 30 minutes while she works on "beautifying me," as in facial hair removal. I go to see her in the evenings when I leave work stressing like a mad woman, but when I get to her office, that waterfall sound, the relaxing music and dimmed lights... my whole being changes into a slower speed. And then we start talking and laughing, because we find the humor in what"s going on at the time. Last time I saw her she commented on loving the new slogan for one of the lines of products they carry. And I asked her what was it. Can you guess? It's "Pucker up and blush!" So in appreciation for how nice she is to me, I decided that on my next appointment (which just happens to be on Valentine's Day) I will bring some special cookies I ordered and give those to her with this card. Hope you like it!

A special card for a nice boy

My youngest son was invited to attend his best friend's Confirmation Ceremony today. I asked Ivonne for help to search for a digital stamp that would be appropriate for a fourteen year old boy. She found this image and sent me the link immediately. I was so impressed with the image that purchased it on the spot.  I had very little time to work with it, but it all came to me with a very nice flow. Don't you love it when that happens? Here it is...
