Tilda with goose

This is my second card made with a stamp form the new Magnolia collection. I was intimidated at the beginning with this stamp because I was not sure as to how to color the bird. Once I figured out what I was going to do with it, the rest of the image just flowed. I really enjoyed coloring this stamp.

Hey, everybody... Guess what I got?

My first order of Magnolia Stamps direct from Sweden: "Turning Leaves Collection-2012." I was so excited awaiting their arrival. Every day I will call or text my husband from work and asked him: did I get an envelope from Magnolia? He even recorded me opening the envelope and being surprised with the selection of stamps. Gosh, I'm such a geek!

I was expecting them to come how you usually get them from distributors, with the foam backing. However, it's just the thin rubber stamp...no backing to it. I started hyperventilating, and did not know what to do. Ivonne directed me to a posted she had just seen of a card using the new stamps. I filled myself with braveness, and sent an email to Mae not knowing what to expect. I was happy to hear from her so quickly and very informative. Not only that, she came back with two additional emails with links attached so I could see what she was talking about (E-Z Mount) and even possibly scrapbook stores in my area that I could call. She really went above and beyond what I was expecting and that gave me such a warm feeling in my heart. How wonderful is to realize that there are great people in this community that I belong to. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mae!

And now, for the tag I created with two of the stamps I ordered:
