Happy Friday everyone! It is time for a new challenge at Fussy and Fancy and it is hosted by me, YAY! The theme for this fortnight is 'Bling it On' and it couldn't be more appropriate, tonight is my daughter's prom and there is going to be a lot of bling! Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a great Memorial Day weekend!! I know I had a blast. Kathya and her family came from Tampa to celebrate with us my daughter's graduation. We spend the whole weekend together and we had such a great time.  They left yesterday and we already miss them so much, our house feels so empty now.  We can't wait to see them again. Before I show you today's card, I want to share with you one of my favorite pictures from Monica's graduation. I am so proud of her!

Anything but a card @ Loves Rubberstamps

Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope you are enjoying the beginning of the week. It is time for a new challenge at Loves Rubberstamp and we want you to get creative because the theme this week is Anything but a card. How about that?  I can't wait to see what you are going to create.  The sponsor for this challenge is no other than the fabulous Saturated Canary and they gave each of the DTs the opportunity to select one of their gorgeous images to play with. Yay!!  As you can imagine, with my daughter's graduation coming up this Friday, I have been very busy these past weeks, busy, but so excited and joyful, so somehow I made some time to create this tea bag dispenser using the cute  Muriel.  I've been planning to make this project since I saw the tea bag dispensers in Norma's blog.  I hope you enjoy my project and get inspired to play along with us this week.

For this week, I have a very special card and a lot of reasons to celebrate. First, I am officially starting the countdown to my daughter's graduation. In five days she will be a high school graduate.  OMG!! I still remember the first day I took her to school, to me she is still my little baby, but I have to accept, she has become a young lady and this past year, she has accomplished so much...I don't have words to describe how proud I am of  her. Second, as in every important moment in my life Kathya and her family are coming to Puerto Rico to attend Monica's graduation. I am so grateful to have them in my life. Again, I don't have words to thank them for being with me in this joyful moment.  And last, but not least, this past week, we celebrated my father's 84th birthday. What a blessing to be able to celebrate his life, because he is a very special father, grandfather and great-grandfather. And today, I am sharing with you the card I made for him.  Hope you like it as much as he did.
