Fall is here!

As you may know by now, I live in the sunny state of Florida. We don't experience the four seasons, but we do experience some of it. One thing I have come to realize living here for almost 15 years is that I do like the autumn/fall season. It is a nice break from the scorching, humid heat that is summer for us. And it takes you by surprise! One afternoon you walk out of the air conditioned office building where you work and all of a sudden you realize that it is not muggy outside... and there might even be a nice breeze caressing your face coming out of nowhere. Then it hits you: fall is here! Again this is Florida, the heat comes and goes. But the nights get cooler and more comfortable to be outside, and you may even be able to start opening your windows. I guess you can see at this point why I really, really do like fall! Here is the card I made for the season I'm enjoying so much right now. I hope you enjoy it too!

    OH but just think how gorgeous your skin must be with such wonderful humidity...finding a positive in the scorching heat y'all have! I think my bones would melt in such high heat combined with humidity.
    Anyhoo, glad your Fall has arrived and brought you some relief. This card is just too darn cute and definitely represents Fall perfect. Love how you've done a rocker card and your coloring is fantastic.

    Adorable Kathya! I really like how you've mounted the image on that folded circle base. Add lots of interest and it's fun too. :-) I'm enjoying fall too. I have the doors open today and it feels heavenly! Hugs!

    What an adorable shaped card! I love the pop of yellow in the flowers - gorgeous coloring too!
    I wish we could have your Florida fall season in the winter up here in the North. Guess that's why I love to go to Florida in the winter :) So glad you shared with us at Great Impressions Stamps - hope to see you next month for our Holiday challenge!

    Great rocker card! That leaf border is lovely. I love fall for the same reasons...although my cooler weather is probably different than your cooler weather...LOL Thanks for joining us in the October challenge.
