A Mother's Day Card

Hi everyone! I made this card for my husband's mother.  She loves pink and blue, although not necessarily on the pastel side.  I got the papers with the decoupage elements as a free gift with the Cardmaking & Papercraft magazine, June edition.  I've never tried this technique before, but the image made me think of her and I decided to give it a try.  She absolutely loved the card!  Doesn't it makes you all warm and fuzzy inside when you work on a card for someone and they love and appreciate your work?  Here is my creation.

This card was created using papers and decoupage elements from – "Hunkydory Crafts Luxury Paper Collection". The doily and sentiment are from my stash.
